Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Solid math skills and familiarity with cash registers and calculators.
• Excellent command of English in writing and speaking.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proven selling ability and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs including sales, conversion, and customer count targets.
• Translate retail insights into positive store results and competitive understanding.
• Co-lead with the Store Manager to develop the team.
• Provide timely feedback and support staff development.
• Ensure store visual directives and appearance.
• Maintain positive relationships with doctors and partners.
• Manage operations and administrative duties; flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
