Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs including sales, conversions and traffic.
• Lead and develop the store team in the manager's absence.
• Ensure visual standards and store appearance.
