• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to staff and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered and policies followed.
