Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist with personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise, and uphold store policies and standards.
