Luna Wireless is a leading T-Mobile authorized retailer seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing the team and delivering excellence in customer experience. You will lead by example, stay current on products and promotions, and coach staff to meet monthly targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, efficiency, and a passion for Lovin’ Our Customers while supporting store growth and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or sales in a retail setting.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lead and mentor teammates to deliver strong results.
• Excellent communicator with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse Mobile Assistant with passion for T-Mobile’s manifesto and Lovar Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and the experience is simple, comfortable, and problem-free.
• Observe interactions and provide feedback for training and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example with up-to-date product knowledge and leadership best practices.
• Assist in maintaining store environment and adherence to display standards.
• Ensure teams are knowledgeable about store systems and communications.
• Drive store financial results and manage expenses, discounts, and credits.
