Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team in delivering T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals. The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and operational excellence to strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Orient and ground Mobile Assistants to Loving Our Customers standard.
• Ensure that every customer need is met and build the customer’s confidence by making the experience comfortable and by solving the whole problem.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers for development, training and coaching discussions.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example and stay up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices as a resource to the team.
• Maintain store environment and adhere to national plan‑o‑gram standards; use displays and devices effectively.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications; support financial results and manage expenses.
