Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver T-Mobile’s customer-heart and Mobile Associate success.
• Orient Mobile Assistants to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Observe interactions and provide feedback for coaching and training.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, promotions.
• Remain up-to-date on products, services, and leadership best practices.
