POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Great Lakes Mall to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and ensure the POP MART brand standards are consistently reflected on the sales floor. The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Competenze

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance by achieving KPIs, managing staffing, and executing merchandising plans.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, assist with scheduling, and support store-wide initiatives.
