Job summary

POP MART is seeking an energized Retail Assistant Manager in Kings Plaza Mall to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach Brand Associates, oversee daily operations, inventory, and merchandising, and ensure POP MART’s premium brand experience on the floor.

You will manage leadership responsibilities, support onboarding, and make operational decisions as Manager on Duty when needed, while striving to grow

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team on the sales floor.
• Drive sales goals, KPIs, and store performance through coaching and action plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.
