You’ll coach sales staff, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and hands-on coaching to enhance product knowledge and performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
• Innovate and champion new ideas under uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, lift for product up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to maximize profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost authentic connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
