You will collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies and provide seamless operational support. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected as part of managing a dynamic retail floor.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact profitability and store performance.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive working environment for associates.
• Ensure the team consistently meets goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead training sessions to boost product knowledge for authentic customer connections.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when needed.
