You will share responsibilities across visual merchandising, operations, HR, and service, recruit and train when needed, and lead team initiatives to exceed goals and deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and coach sales team.
• Strong customer service mindset and brand passion.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results with a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand while maximizing profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed.
• Partner to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and elevate customer connection.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
