You will oversee divisions like Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR and Service, ensuring smooth operations, accountability, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Proven ability to drive profitability through customer connections and service.
• Strong leadership and people skills with a supportive coaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and ASM to impact profitability and brand goals.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development when needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team stays on track to exceed goals with best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate customer connections.
• Create innovative community engagement and loyalty-building events.
• Step into varied roles on the sales floor when required.
