Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & AS Manager to drive profitability and brand performance.
• Own designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Recruit and train team; develop talent when needed.
• Partner with leadership to create a collaborative work environment.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connections.
• Engage the community with events to build loyalty.
• Step into multiple sales floor roles as needed.
