J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager in Ohio to help drive profitability through strong customer connections and brand loyalty. You will coach the sales team and collaborate with the leadership group to adapt strategies and ensure smooth operations.

You’ll lead a division of responsibility, support recruiting and training, and foster a collaborative shop floor environment to exceed goals and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability through brand connections.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner to create a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and loyalty through events.
