• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to influence business results and profitability.
• Own designated division such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development when needed.
• Collaborate to create a team environment and align with brand strategy.
• Ensure the team delivers best-in-class customer service and achieves goals.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost authentic customer connections.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and boost loyalty.
• Adapt to step into various on-floor roles as required.
