POP MART in Tysons Corner is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver a premium customer experience while partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales.

You will supervise staffing, merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention, and serve as Manager on Duty as needed. A passion for pop culture helps connect with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and business metrics.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and stockroom management.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety standards are followed.
