POP MART at Tysons Corner is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, drive sales, develop teams, and ensure premium customer experience. You will own business performance, merchandising, inventory control, and daily operations while promoting POP MART's collectibles and artists.

As the leader, you will recruit and coach staff, monitor KPIs, execute promotions, and maintain visual standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to drive performance.
Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead overall store operations and financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and store standards.
Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing store team; foster a positive, customer-first culture.
Direct visual merchandising, marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal floor sets.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences and act as brand ambassador for POP MART.
Oversee scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention; ensure safety and compliance.
