Job summary

POP MART Georgetown seeks an Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences while leading store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure POP MART branding is reflected in daily activities.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and performance metrics, while acting as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring a premium POP MART brand experience for collectors and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and ensure exceptional store experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and business performance.
• Drive store sales through KPI focus: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
