Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tysons Corner to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver a premium customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising while upholding POP MART's brand standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead from the sales floor.
• Drive sales performance by achieving KPIs such as sales conversion, UPT, ATV, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Support product launches, events, and store openings while maintaining POP MART standards.
