POP MART Tysons Corner is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and deliver a premium customer experience. You will manage a high-volume store, coach a growing team, and ensure visual standards align with POP MART’s brand.

Responsibilities include optimizing payroll and inventory, executing campaigns, and representing POP MART in the local community. 3+ years of leadership in retail and a passion for collectibles are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused retail stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team, fostering a customer-first culture.
• Own store financials including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable product guidance and service.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory control, loss prevention, and store compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards, campaigns, and seasonal floor sets.
• Support in-store events, openings, and community engagement initiatives.
