Job summary

POP MART is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Tyson's Corner. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage a high-performing team, and ensure a premium customer experience reflective of POP MART's brand and collectibles.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, experience leading 10+ staff, and strong KPI-driven leadership. On-site position with opportunities for events and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores (store manager or similar).
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Ability to manage store operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Bachelor’s/associate degree in business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and inventory accuracy.
• Own product launches, limited editions, and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote POP MART brand.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, shipments, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain visually compelling store environment aligned with premium brand standards.
• Support events, pop-ups, openings, and community engagement.
