You will collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies and ensure smooth operational support as needed. You’ll own a division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling), manage store operations and systems, assist with recruiting and training, and help

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with a connection to the brand and profitability.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Partner to create a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate authentic customer connections.
