J.Crew is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team and drive profitability through strong customer connections and brand loyalty. You will coach the sales team, collaborate with leadership on strategies, and ensure smooth operations as needed.

You will oversee a designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) and help recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering best-in-class service to customers and supporting community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and ASM to drive profitability.

• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions for associates.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed.
