You will collaborate with the Store Director and other leaders to adapt strategies, oversee operations, and ensure top-notch customer service across all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand loyalty.
• Own your division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner with leadership to foster a collaborative environment for all associates.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connection.
• Engage with the community and build loyalty through events.
