You’ll own divisions such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Service & Selling, and partner with Store Director to recruit, train, and develop associates, ensuring best-in-class service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for brand, customers and teams.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact results with brand focus.
• Own designated division: Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.
• Manage store operations and systems with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development for associates.
• Lead sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Engage community and build loyalty through events.
