J.Crew Factory in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You’ll drive profitability through strong customer connections, brand loyalty, and effective coaching of the sales team to maximize performance.

You will partner with the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, manage store operations, and ensure a best-in-class shopping experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for our brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director to impact business results with a focus on brand and profitability.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Collaborate to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connections.
• Engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into multiple roles on the sales floor as required.
