• Process POS transactions per policy (sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty); handle opening/closing procedures.
• Inventory control including shipping/receiving, price changes, markdowns, singles, damaged merchandise, physical inventory.
• Merchandising and visual presentation per company standards (placement, housekeeping, signage).
• Payroll control: scheduling, budgeting, time and attendance.
• Training and development of direct reports with adherence to policies, use of training tools, reinforcement of standards.
• Loss prevention and protection of company assets.
• Develop understanding of day-to-day operations.
