Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Strong customer service mindset and brand focus.
• Comfortable leading a team and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results with brand connection and profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist Store Director & Associate Store Manager with recruiting, training and development efforts, if needed.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and customer connection.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.
