Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Hill Crest, North Carolina, to join our leadership team. You will drive profitability through strong customer connections, brand loyalty and community engagement, while coaching the sales team for peak performance.

You will collaborate with the Store Director and leadership team to execute strategies, ensure smooth operations, and deliver superior service. This role requires flexibility and a hands-on approach to store management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience
• Passion for our brand, customers and teams
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy
• Innovate and champion ideas while navigating uncertainty
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kg)

• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling)
• Manage store operations, systems and technology with accountability
