You will collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for success and ensure smooth operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• Have 1–2 years of retail management experience and a track record of brand and team leadership.
• Demonstrate passion for our brand, customers, and teams while staying current with fashion trends.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, courtesy, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays; be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand connection.
• Own your division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) and manage store systems and operations.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts when needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment for all associates and ensure high customer service standards.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to improve authentic customer connections.
• Develop ideas to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Be ready to step into different sales floor roles as needed.
