Job summary

Pure Hockey, LLC is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff training. You will mentor team members, drive sales, ensure product knowledge, and uphold a safe, welcoming store environment while meeting performance metrics.

You will also assist with scheduling, payroll, and visual merchandising, contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture and ensuring a consistent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Proven retail/customer service experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in merchandising, operations, sales and customer service.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through product knowledge and teamwork.
• Partner with Store Manager to communicate metrics and expectations (sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, HR, scheduling, training).
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of store employees.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of new products.
