Pure Hockey, LLC is seeking a Senior Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold merchandising standards. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with the Store Manager and Area Manager to meet service and operational goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff, recruiting, training, optimizing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will communicate metrics and guide the team to achieve payroll, scheduling, and training

Qualifications

• Must have retail management experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop store staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service.
• Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with teammates to provide sales excellence.
• Set and communicate metrics and expectations across sales, visuals, operations, safety, and payroll.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new staff.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
