Pure Hockey, LLC in Needham, MA is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff training.

You will help lead a fast-paced retail team, drive performance metrics, ensure product knowledge, and foster a positive work environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in retail
• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
• Ability to train, coach, develop and motivate employees
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Assist in merchandising, operations, sales and customer service
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and working with coworkers to provide excellent service
• Partner with Store Manager to establish and communicate metrics and expectations in the store (sales, visuals, operations, safety, loss prevention, HR, payroll/scheduling, training)
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of store employees
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of current/upcoming products
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
