Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a motivated retail leader to work in our Minnesota Langdon area store. You will coach sales representatives, lead daily operations, and promote a customer-first culture to build loyalty and drive performance.

Expect to manage wait times, merchandise displays, and store systems while ensuring compliance with company procedures. A flexible schedule supports full-time availability, with uncapped commission opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; authorized to work in the United States.
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Sales Representatives to improve customer interactions and sales performance.
• Manage customer wait times for a smooth store experience.
• Stay up to date on products, services, and leadership best practices.
• Provide guidance to team on sales and customer service strategies.
• Support store maintenance, cleanliness, and organized retail environment.
• Oversee visual merchandising and ensure displays meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and use store systems effectively.
• Drive KPIs and help control store expenses and discounts.
• Uphold United Wireless policies; contribute to sales, operations, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
