Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer concerns when needed.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development.
• Hire and onboard passionate individuals who align with United Wireless values.
• Drive sales performance and ensure store meets goals and success metrics.
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure promotional programs are executed properly.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
• Stay current on products, services, sales strategies, and leadership practices.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment where employees feel supported and motivated.
• Follow and enforce United Wireless policies and standards.
• Maintain a productive, customer-focused, results-driven store environment.
