• Assist with recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a positive, productive team environment.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost team performance and customer connections.
• Engage with the community and drive loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles when required.
