Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience or equivalent
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Passion for brand, customers and teams

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand loyalty
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling)
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts as needed
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a collaborative work environment
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost customer connection
• Create community engagement and loyalty through events
• Can step into various roles on the sales floor
