Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every Mobile Assistant with a passion for Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and customers gain confidence in a simple, complete solution.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions to guide development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example with up-to-date training and leadership practices for the team.
• Maintain store environment and visuals; execute Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure teams know store systems and company communications; drive financial results and control expenses.
