Luna Wireless in Baltimore is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager, lead the store team, and drive T-Mobile’s customer-first goals. You’ll develop staff, coach performance, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience that turns customers into fans.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for infusing every store’s Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by orienting them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure that customer needs are met and that employees build confidence by making the experience comfortable and simple, solving the whole problem.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers to support development, training and coaching conversations.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices to be a resource for the team.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; manage displays and visual devices.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and company communications; drive financial results and control store expenses.
