Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading the store team at our location. You will drive customer-focused sales, champion T-Mobile’s values, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s customer-focused goals.
• Orient and ground Mobile Associates to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Monitor customer interactions and coach employees for development.
• Manage store operations to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on products, services, and promotions.
