You will coach Mobile Associates, stay current on products and promotions, maintain the store environment, and drive sales while building a welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every Mobile Assistant with a passion for the brand by thorough orientation to customer care standards.
• Ensure customer needs are met and experience is comfortable and simple while solving the whole problem.
• Observe Mobile Associates interactions with customers to guide training and coaching conversations.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products, services, and leadership best practices to support the team.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to visual merchandising standards, planograms, and procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications; drive financial results and control expenses.
