Job summary

Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Stafford, VA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager and guide the store team toward customer-first service and Mobile Associate success.

You will lead by example, stay current on products and promotions, and coach staff to meet monthly goals while delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Associate with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure that every customer need is met and that employees build confidence by making the experience comfortable and solving the whole problem.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers for development, training and coaching conversations.
• Effectively manage customer wait time and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices to be a resource to the team.
• Assist in maintaining the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards; keep displays current and execute Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications; deliver financial results and manage expenses.
