Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Lake City, FL. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile's customer-focused goals and driving Mobile Associate success.

We seek candidates with hustle and ambition, capable of mentoring staff, delivering great service, and staying up-to-date on products and promotions. This role offers growth within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every Mobile Assistant with Passion for Loving Our Customers.
• Meet customer needs and build confidence by making the experience comfortable and simple.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions for coaching and development.
• Effectively manage customer wait time; stay current on products, services, promotions.
• Lead by example with latest products, services, training, and leadership best practices; ensure training targets are met.
• Assist in maintaining store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; keep displays current.
• Ensure teams understand store systems and corporate communications; drive financial results and cost control.
