Job summary

Old Navy in Tampa is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead the team. You will drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while executing the store strategy to hit performance goals.

Working with the General Manager and leaders, you will coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience, using omni-channel tools and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to coach and mentor.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Lead service leader duties and ensure SOPs.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experience.
• Ensure compliance with standards.
