LOFT in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture. As a store leader, you'll nurture relationships with customers and associates on the sales floor.

You will recruit, hire, and develop talent, lead operational excellence, and drive omnichannel shopping experiences, while modeling the brand's behaviors and delivering consistent, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
