Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in the Land O' Lakes, FL area. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead the store team, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and delivering a seamless customer experience while embracing Luna Wireless' growth culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Infuse every Mobile Assistant with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto and onboard to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and that experiences are simple, comfortable, and solutions-focused.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions for development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training and leadership best practices.
• Assist in maintaining store environment and adhere to plan-o-gram standards; keep displays current.
• Ensure teams know store systems, communications, and financial KPIs; help control expenses and discounts.
