Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in the United States. The role partners with the Store Manager to train and develop the store team, delivering reliable customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

You will stay current on products, promotions and leadership practices, guiding Mobile Associates and ensuring store standards and KPI targets are met. Strong communication and a desire for growth are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results.
• Strong communicator with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Infuse store teams with passion for customer service and company manifesto.
• Ensure customer needs are met and experiences are simple and confident.
• Conduct observations and provide feedback for development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay up to date on products, services, promotions.
• Lead by example and train team to meet monthly success metrics.
• Maintain store environment and visuals; adhere to planograms and procedures.
• Monitor store systems, communications, and financial KPIs; manage expenses.
