Job summary

Luna Wireless in Oklahoma City is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer-first goals and associate success.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining store standards, staying up-to-date on products and promotions, and driving sales with a focus on exceptional service. Availability for varied schedules is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
• Available to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor people to deliver great results
• Outstanding communicator with ability to interact with teammates and customers

Responsibilities

• Orient Mobile Assistants to a customer-first standard and ground them in Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure that every customer need is met and that employees create a comfortable, simple experience by solving the whole problem.
• Complete observations of Mobile Associates' interactions with customers, including feedback, to be used in development, training & coaching conversations.
• Effectively manage customer wait time. Keep current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices to be an expert resource to the team.
• Assist in maintaining the quality of the store environment and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards and procedures.
