Job summary

Old Navy is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive sales, oversee customer service, merchandising and talent development, partnering with the GM/AGM to execute store strategy.

You will coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while meeting performance goals and ensuring compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Effective communication with customers and teams.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around store.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure SOPs are consistently followed.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver seamless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
